By creating an account or accessing any part of Chatoo, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Security

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.
2. Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are prohibited from creating an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
3. Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Chatoo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

2. Community Standards (Social Networking)

We strive to build a safe community. You agree NOT to use Chatoo to:

1. Post content that constitutes hate speech, violence, racism, or discrimination against individuals or groups.
2. Post sexually explicit content, pornography, or non-consensual sexual content.
3. Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any other user.
4. Use automated data collection tools (Bots), spiders, or malicious software.
5. Chatoo is not responsabile about what the users or customers share from posts, videos, blogs, events, reels, or anything the user will do on our website.

7. Platform Rights: We reserve the right to remove any content or disable any account that violates these standards without prior notice.

3. Articles and Forums System

1. Content Ownership: When you post an article or a topic in the forums, you represent that you own the content or have the necessary licenses to publish it.
2. License to Platform: By posting content, you grant Chatoo a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content.
3. Quality Standards: Articles must meet our quality guidelines. We reserve the right to reject or delete copied content, misleading information, or spam.
4. Forum Conduct: Flooding forums with duplicate topics or suspicious external links is strictly prohibited.

4. Financial System (Points, Earnings, and Withdrawals)

This section governs the monetization features on the platform and is binding on all users:

A. Points and Earnings System

• Earnings are calculated based on the internal "Points System" (awarded for interactions, views, or content creation).
• Chatoo reserves the full right to modify the points-to-dollar conversion rate at any time based on market policies and advertising revenue.

B. Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum Threshold: You may only request a withdrawal when your "Available Balance" reaches a minimum of $100.00 USD (One Hundred US Dollars).
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 3 to 7 business days. This period does not include weekends or public holidays.
• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to freeze earnings or suspend accounts if we detect illegal methods of accumulating points (e.g., fake clicks, bot traffic, or collusion).

C. Payment Methods

• Payments are processed exclusively via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
• Fees: The user is responsible for any transaction fees or currency conversion fees charged by the receiving bank or PayPal.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct payment details. Chatoo is not liable for funds transferred to incorrect accounts due to user error.

5. Pro Membership (Blue Verification Tick)

1. Features: The "Pro" subscription grants the user a verification badge (Blue Tick) and additional features as defined by the platform.
2. Payment: Subscription fees are paid in advance (monthly or yearly).
3. No Refund Policy: You acknowledge and agree that all payments for the Pro Membership and Blue Tick are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies regardless of whether the features were used or if the account is subsequently banned for violating these Terms.

6. Marketplace

1. Platform Role: Chatoo acts solely as a venue for advertisements. We do not own, sell, or inspect the items listed. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
2. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the items sold, nor the truth or accuracy of the listings.
3. Risk: Users assume full responsibility for verifying the other party before exchanging money or goods. Face-to-face transactions in safe public places are recommended.
4. Prohibitions: The sale of illegal goods, weapons, drugs, pharmaceuticals, or endangered animals is strictly prohibited.

7. Games System

1. The platform may offer interactive games. Some games may allow the purchase of virtual currency.
2. Virtual Currency: Game currency is for in-game entertainment purposes only and cannot be exchanged for real money, nor does it contribute to the "Earnings System" described in Section 4, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Donation System

1. Users may send voluntary monetary "Support" or donations to content creators.
2. Chatoo may deduct a processing fee or commission from the total donation amount before it is credited to the recipient.
3. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

9. Third-Party Advertising (Google Ads & Partners)

1. Ad Networks: We use third-party advertising companies (such as Google AdSense) to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
2. Cookies: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites.
3. DART Cookie: Google's use of the advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

10. Intellectual Property (DMCA)

1. Chatoo respects the intellectual property rights of others.
2. If we receive a valid notification of copyright infringement, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Termination

Chatoo may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms, you forfeit any pending earnings in your balance.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Chatoo expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cairo, Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
