Kindly note that Chatoo is like any other website uses some third-party apps and websites like Google Adsense, One Signal, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Discord, Lamasio Technologies, Paypal, and more.
7. Indemnification
We hereby agree to indemnify and hold Chatoo harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) incurred or suffered by us as a result of your use of the Platform or review of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Chat Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that your Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from defects.
Chatoo will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, even if Chatoo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Refund Policy
All amounts paid are non-refundable except for 50% after 72 hours of payment only and will be refunded to the customer's account in Chatoo or in the customer's account in Lamasio Technologies to be used again in any service of Lamasio Technologies Company and its partners from companies or to be used in any website or platform developed by Lamasio Technologies Company and the official and only dealings are in the US dollar currency only.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account or your use of the Platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
11. Money Transfer
There is no limit to sending money to other users and kindly note that sent money can not be returned or escalated whatever happens, users can not withdraw the received money they can use it to buy a pro membership or make ads on Chat-oo.com, you can always check your wallet transaction history from wallet page, the sending money it's real-time action.
12. Withdrawal
Users can only withdraw the money they collect from points or content monetization, users can not withdraw the received money or manually added money from the admins, withdrawal requests takes up to 72 working hours to proceed to the user's Paypal account.
